Our on-the-spot refillery is now open!
Inherited some of your gam-gam's tea set? Have some old candles with beautiful vessels that you don't know what to do with? Bring them by the Milk Jar Factory for our Refillery Program!
You supply the vessel and we'll supply the wax, wick and fragrance.
How it works
Re-wick, re-pour, re-light
1. Bring your cleaned, heat-safe vessel(s) to the Milk Jar Factory (minimum 2.5 inches in diameter, tempered glass, sealed metal/tin, ceramic, terracotta, or concrete).
2. Select your scent (choose from our Original, Elevated or Essential oil fragrances)
3. Let our smell-scientists do the rest! Refillery candles will take at least 30 minutes to complete (on an average-sized vessel of 6-10 oz) and set before they are ready to take home. For orders of over 6 candles, please call ahead for on-the-spot refills. Alternatively, you can drop them off and pick them up at a later date!
Please ensure that refills are dropped off no later than 1 hour before our closing time. Please refer to Google for our up-to-date retail hours.
Pricing
- Original Candle - $3.25 per oz
- Elevated Candle - $4.50 per oz
- Essential Oil Candle- $3.75 per oz
- Unscented Candle - $2.75 per oz
For reference, an average teacup is 4 oz and the average coffee mug is 8 oz.
