(Price is per person) In the first half of the workshop, you’ll create your own custom candle scent by blending from over 80 fragrance oils, then pour your blend into a different 6-oz teacup candle. Each teacup comes from our collection of thrifted cups donated from Goodwill, giving every candle its own little story.

In the second half of the workshop, you’ll learn how to craft an everlasting bouquet of lilies, daisies, tulips, and sunflowers using pipe cleaners. This portion of the class will guide you through creating a colourful bouquet that lasts long after the day is over. Both portions will be taught by Milk Jar founder Holly Singer.

Public Candle Making Workshop Policies
Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please note that we do not offer refunds for booked workshops. A reminder will be sent via email 10 days prior to your scheduled class.
If you need to reschedule, you must do so through your booking confirmation at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the class will not be accommodated and are non-refundable.

Class Requirements

Age Requirement: Participants must be 13 years or older. Those aged 13–16 must be accompanied by an adult. (Each person attending must purchase class spot).
Class Minimum: A minimum of 8 participants is required for each public workshop. If the minimum is not met, your class may be rescheduled and combined with another small group. We will notify you 2 days in advance if any changes are made to your scheduled workshop.
Safety: For your safety, closed-toe shoes are required to participate.
Location: All classes will take place at 1450 28 St NE # 7, Calgary, AB.

We offer private workshop bookings for you and your group of up to 30! Bring your own food and drinks, bring your people and book our beautiful space for 3 hours (2 hours of workshop, 1 hour of mingling). We’ve got all the dishes and glassware and pricing includes set up and clean up.
